Everything seems great but the slow doesn't seem to work on bosses like before for pve stuff, was really nice on Ibu running boss xD

Is that something they intended?

    They mentioned something about fixing a bug with the slow not taking effect in the skill update that just reached China. I guess this is what they meant.​​

    Ya I should have read that skill more carefully. I didn't realize they totally removed the DOT effect and the Stormrage icon.
    I only ever used that skill to slow down the odd moving boss too. Ohh well.

    @Asterelle - Sanctuary same here, didnt read it properly.. now that you say that stormrage icon is removed might explain the slow glitch.. i tried using it in 999 against bloodthirthy and i didnt work.. so i decided to test it with one of the marriage quest's elite mob and the slow works, but is sharing the slow icon other classes' slow have (ie cleric's cyclone), so that might be where the problem lies :/
