BUG-Visual effects-The Ring of sparkles around your hand while wielding a 2 Soc.weapon are missing.

The ring's of sparkles that circle around the hand(s) holding the weapon(s) by sharding with two grade 7 or higher shards Isn't present, it dissapeared a couple patches ago, my guild mates and friends are also experiencing this bug.
