need help please

i have problem with login arc
everytime login to arc always cant connect and arc always disappear from the screen after i click sign in
so cannot go tru to sign in to pwi game until sign in to arc
i hav 3x already uninstall all the arc and pwi file but still same problem
my internet connection perfect running
please anyone tell me what do i hav to do with this problem please

Well, you need Arc if you want to play PWI so first thing to do is to check your firewall if Arc is blocked.
