Will we ever get anything else on the news page a part from the "special" sales? These are the only """"""news"""""" that we are getting in the last month and a half since I returned playing...

So suddenly there are snowmen, that we asked for of course, but there's no official announcement about them or any other possible Christmas Event (a part from the one that's outside of pwi page or forum that if u don't use, you will not even get to know about).

Why can't the person who posts the sales pages can't try posting every event as he does the charge sales? Even a mini text on the bottom of the page may work.

Sometimes they post news at 10am PST (in like 6 hours), so it's possible we will get event information then. If not then maybe the next day. Sales and charge/spend rewards tend to use the same templates and are easier to post than typing up new info like an event which is why we see them often.

They had plenty of time to announce everything since pwe announced de carnival event like what? More then a week ago? And if you reset the server and there is something new, people want to know what is it. If they can post the sale page, they can do the event page. The time is not an excuse. If u gonna do your job, do it good. I don't want to sound mad or anything because I'm not, but this is how the things should work.

I'm disappointed but not surprised. A lot of things have changed since I left but the recent activity of employers of the game is awful! If the game server gets down, no one can do anything. If an event is going, no one tells anything. If something happens, this game has no supervisor (because there isn't one) and that's not how the things should be.

Well you did return recently, so you probably did miss the part where a couple of staff members quit. One of them was pretty active in the community and the other did our news pages. From what I've heard they're currently understaffed so we're missing out on quite a few things and not just event details on news posts.

Personally I'd like the event news posts earlier myself, as I maintain the wiki which includes events and I need the start/end dates so all the content is added the day the event begins. I had to go to the Dawnglory server to confirm an event was running this year so it is an inconvenience to me also.

Anyway fingers crossed we see something later today. EDIT: Nothing yet, hopefully tomorrow or there'll be some pitchforks...haha

They do not care about the game nor do they care about the players, and none of them who post news even come to this forum and check bug reports or other players' topics. Cash shop and sales kind of news are posted regularly, anything else isn't important (in their opinion).

Another sale announcement and nothing about the Christmas events... It's just so sad how little they care about players.

At this point it's best to rely on the community digging up info than the staff delivering it. I'm pretty sure that between understaffing and christmas/new year holidays no one is in the office.

Welp still no news post so I'll assume there's not going to be one...

I've made a couple of wiki pages about the events here so people can read up on them. Both events run until the 27th of December.

• Kindhearted Helper (includes Xmas: Look For Gift and the Chest of Joy)
• Darksnow Fang Event (includes a title reward but the title is timed)

There's also another event that will occur between the 24th and 26th of December which is like an Xmas parade but I don't have a wiki page for that yet. Best I can provide is a translation from the PWCN news page:

The Christmas season is brewing surprises, conveying your heart, and the most anticipated one is of course a surprise gift under the Christmas tree. In 2017, Jiang Xiaohu drove his elk sleigh full of gifts and galloped around the Castle of Wondrous Fate. He will drop the gift box along the way to the perfect mainland friends, take the task at the gift box, you can get an Xmas Parade Pack, including Xmas Gift Coupon x5, Royal Chestnut Cake x10, and Glyph Pack LV2 x2. After the Christmas ginger tiger's sleigh limousine runs away, the gift box will disappear, and the friends must follow the footsteps of the limousine, don't miss the gift box!

In short (if I get this right), Ginger Tiger on a sleigh rides around the Castle of Wondrous Fate and drops Christmas Gift Box NPCs, take the quest and you'll get the rewards mentioned in the quote. Probably shows up at random throughout the days its available. Not really the news posts that we wanted but...it'll have to do I suppose.

I know you are doing your best and thanks to @obielle we know at least how the events work.

Do you think that there is going to be a solution soon? But "soon" for real, not the "I don't know" soon. hahah

Is there really no way to contact anyone? Maybe we, the pwi community, could try sending ticket to the cn server and tell them that we are alone? Or any other way that we can contact them? Maybe by mail or even in their forums (I know it's now allowed but it's still a thing that we could try) or something... If a lot of people sign up for this maybe we can change things. 😳
