Has my character been removed from the game?

I played PWI a long time ago, before it was part of the Arc launcher. its been quite a few years since i played PWI but i decided to come back after learning a friend of mine was getting back into it. i wanted to see how much things have changed since then and see if i could rediscover the enjoyment i had for the many years i did play this game. However, after getting access to both my old accounts i have discovered that my highest level character is completely missing from all the servers. i had a lvl 89-90 Mystic on the Harshlands server, bit since then there has been a server merge and my Mystic seems to have vanished off the face of the game. id like to know if this has happened to anyone else and if theres any way i can get access to the character again.
