keeps saying logging in then disconnects

i just can't login im using arc logic and everything,i even repaired.
im at the pwi login and using my info it says logging in then disconnects its not my ping or anything and im using VIA ARC NOT STEAM

so i just re-installed it and same thing still happens.

Are you Launching Via Arc? You must also download the Arc version.

You can no longer use the Steam Version or Bypass Arc.

yes yes,if you read im using arc lol. booted it up started from arc.

Some posts down there are some instructions for launching the game through some kind of repair option. It seemed to work for some people but I'm not sure if it works for everyone. I also am not sure if you have to do that every time you launch.

I've also heard some people have to launch their game a few times (maybe even with that repair option) to get it to work.

Ive also been told some people are just simply not able to Launch a second client for what ever reason.

Sorry I was of no use. I hope you find a way to get it going tho and please share if you do.

The only thing i can suggest on a last note is re downloading... But im sure that's the last thing you wanna do...

hi guys, i am having trouble loggin in to the gameafter updating from 1055 Game Version to 1062 version ... . when i try to log in it says disconnected from server ... m a bit confused ?if i can get any help it would be great?
