Blessing of Celestial Vale on Reawakened character

I have been off PW for a while and recently came back to find a Blessing of Celestial Vale on my reawakened cleric, and also there is the same Blessing on my Stormbringer (new class), and pop up says cannot use on these characters. Some players said there was a code to transfer to a character they will work on, to read the forums but I am not finding my answer. Could someone please tell me if its possible with a code or anything to transfer these blessings to characters that can use them? Thank you!
