It says it lasts till 9th November and its already taken off?

    They had red chat message earlier today saying it was temporarily disabled to fix some bug or something.

    I'd like to know if its just the page to the rewards being taken off for fix, or do the charges interim not get registered. I don't check the announcement page every time I charge, and I charged at least once before I noticed the red text.

    please update on this, if we charge now do we still get points for the rewards?

    Yes, please confirm on this, and whether previous charges during this downtime counted. I charged twice which counted while the rewards page was still up. I charged at least once more when it was down and I didn't know.

    I would not charge right now, knowing how pwi are you will most likely not get anything if you charge while they are fixing something. I would check the page (charge bonus page) to see when its back up.

    nice going QQ I charged while it was down,didnt know about it and ofc no points.. @thenamesdomino @heero200 is there a way i can get those points?

    Give it time to see if they fix this as it was reported and a known issue.

    OR...

    You need to Ticket this.

    Take a Screen Shot of the gold Charge Receipt or log (something to show you have charged) and take a SS of the date on the News with the date. Also the url for that web page.

    Include as much info as you can for this and explain clearly what your problem is. With the attached. Support will love that im sure but something that clearly they need to be dealing with and aware off.
