Saffron quest in HS

I just noticed something weird on pwdatabase site about this quest, looks like our pwi version has more saffron quest than China version i cant confirm this but maybe some 1 has got any of this extra quest, if you can check this the Dragonbreath Sigil on pwi and pwcn there is a difference, our version has 8 extra saffron quest (you get this from 4050-5399 prosperity) but those quest needs recipes from lvl 8, 9 and 10, my theory is that we dont really need to get higher prosperity for the last Mat for g17 weap since we can get a chance for get those quest at 4050 prosperity

Saffron normal quest give:
Sigil of Nightbloom - 7
Sigil of Elysium - 2
Subsiding Dirt - 14
Elysian Seal - 1
Elysian Treasure Sack - 1 (Green Pack)

and extra Saffron quest give:
Sigil of Nightbloom - 7
Sigil of Elysium - 6
Dragonbreath Sigil - 2
Subsiding Dirt - 20
Elysian Seal - 1
Elysian Treasure Sack - 1 (Red Pack)

The real question is, any 1 has got those quest? (Saffron only) i doubt that its an error since those quest were 42 a few weeks ago now with the last update we have 45.
