[TEXT] Mislabeled Homestead Quests Recently Added

In the last update added a bunch of new homestead collection quests for new homestead plans that have been added to the game.

They are all mislabeled, some of them even have duplicate names to pre-existing quests!

EXAMPLE
Look at these three totally different quests all called Collection: Saffron 34

Only the first one should be a Saffron.

BACKGROUND
Collection quests are organized by type and number.
All collection quests of a certain type require the same level of items to make it and all have the same reward.

All Saffron Quests rely on level 7 mats and give 14 Subsiding Dirt.
All Magenta Quests rely on level 8 mats and give 16 Subsiding Dirt.
All Carmine Quests rely on level 9 mats and give 18 Subsiding Dirt.
All Crimson Quests rely on level 10 mats and give 20 Subsiding Dirt.

For the new quests that were added, it looks like the number is correct but all the types are wrong.
