One of the items you can get from the new instance is a "Mushroom Seed" (Item id 50414).

Mushrooms don't grow from seeds, they grow from spores.

This needs to be renamed to "Mushroom Spore".​​

    It's a fantasy game, for all I care they grow from pollen. Pumpkins seem to grow on trees in homestead as well.​​
