Vyn Ren red quest

So, I was doing the vyn ren quest (the one that gives the dragonbreath fragments), and after doing the Shon Saiven one, Vyn Ren isnt giving me any other quest, neither have unfinished quest on my quest list, so is this a daily or im doing something wrong?

    Read what it says. You need to wait a day before you can continue the quest

    Lol I figured that out after 4hours and it popped up xD I should maybe start reading instead of tapping next xD

    i think it is 24 hours time cause with daily reset doesnt work for me

    Also it is 24hours after you finish the quest or from the time you start it?

    I got it back at the same time when hypers reset, so i dont know exactly how it works

    yesterday i had the part with Hellfire Adomination, today no quest

    After the fifth dragons breath fragment the red quest chain is over. The rest of the fragments you have to manufacture.​​

    What are the requirements to even start this quest?
    I have 3 characters that can do housing stuff but only one got the red quest, the other two dont get any red quest from npc.
    Is there a boundary, rb or level requirement?
    The one that got it in my case is r9 105/105/104 maxed boundary level.
    The ones that did not get quest are r8 rb1 arcane x and no rb lvl 94 with 35k+ rep.

    Well. if after Helfire the quest is over and since I manufacture one fragment today and if I got 6 fragments now I need 4 more days to get the G17 weapon.

    yeap and then you must run every day Uncharted Paradise for mats. Depends the squad and how they split the mats. Thats why it will take months to recast

    Are those mats tradeable? aparently people already started with their "only r9rr squads" mentality for that Instance. And some mats can be obtained with Sigil of nightbloom from homestead dailies

    Boss drops are tradeable, the ones you get from daily arent.

    I am having the same problem except for I waited for two weeks and no quest is still available for me; so far I was able to collect only one fragment ; can someone kindly give me some advise please? Am I missing anything? why I no longer able to continue the quest after collecting the first fragment?
