The event is listed to last until 22:00 server time on 03/16/16 yet it is 16:08 server time on 03/16/16 as I write this and the Wraith Hunter is GONE!! And here I am with 22 insignias. Gee thanks PWI

    @thenamesdomino Can we possibly get this NPC respawned for a few days to give people a chance to turn in their insignias? Doesn't need to offer the quest 4 times a day anymore, just the chance for people to turn in.

    Thank you PWi for putting the Wraith Hunter back. I was able to turn in my insignias and of course I as usual did not get an S card. In fact I have never got an S card from any S pack other than two I got from the purchase of 20 or 30 war avatar packs in the boutique at 4 gold each and the one I got from primal trading in A cards. Frankly I am at a loss on why they are called S card packs?

    There is only a 2% chance of an S card from a S pack, you just have bad luck, besides CF set more cost efficient anyway

    So every country out there using the 24 hours system except for Americans ? Now who is ignorant lol. 24 hours system mainly use by government and military, typical civilian don't know that system because they don't use on their every routine. And to call them ignorant and specifically to one country ur just as ignorant as the rest. Lol

    I never have to do math when I look at a clock, why would I need to do so?

    lol who has to do math looking to an analog watch? you just learn to read both ways instinctively :P I can read am/pm or 24h just fine without thinking... sorry you guys weren't taught that! xD
