In retrospect, sorry for the smart pants flaming. My bad. :(
9 mil per character amounts to a lot more.

Please do not overgeneralize... I am curently playing with 2 people who did not play for 3 years. They do not even have g16. We are helping them out with instances and all, but that coin would have allowed them to get g16 or merch to work their way up from there. Small guilds cannot afford to just drop 200 mils on each memeber's gears.

I also know for a fact that previously rich people who stopped playing shared their valuables with guild members. It would have helped them get back to making good money.

Market currently has a LOT of items that no ne really needs or afford to get. This coin injection would start that rolling again (g16 gears, even fask, flyers, what have you).

My feeling is that PWI is making a huge mistake listening to biased feedback. Maybe I am wrong.

this post is highly inconsistent; if 9mil is enough to get the ball rolling then the guild doesnt need to afford 200mil on each member, just 9mil

you state that market has a lot of items no one really needs...then how would extra money help that stuff sell,

giving out money only would cause inflation, people that have expensive stuff to sell wouldnt lower price because hey now they have coin to hold them over! so no rush to sell...hell theyd raise prices

there are plenty ways for returning players to make coin
