Founders Packs available for all characters?

When you get the founders pack, is it available for all your character slots or just the first one you accept it with?

    Most of the items are - to claim them there is a founders vendor across from where Knox is.

    The 19.00 one is for one character

    the others , the mount and companion , plus the fluff items are for each too . The helpers pack is one time so pick the toon you want it on . AD are total for the account .

    Respec is 1 per account as well, which I found out the hard way.
