race change?

any chance the option to change your race and gender will appear in the zen shop any time soon?

    Yes please! Was looking to buy one today, was surprised it wasn't there (please make it the same price as appearance change! Even better, add it to the appearance change lol). It's one of the most basic requests in any MMO. I know they're busy with other things, so I'm not whining.. however an answer would be awesome! :) Bring gender change! Ready to go to a Giant Male Orc instead of my female.. decided I like the Male look better when I hit 30 hah. Thanks

    Id really like this myself, my character in nearly every d&d game is a drow rogue (long detailed backstory to boot) and I would love to start on it now and be able to change the race when its available, waiting is torture :(

    I hope this becomes available as well when they release more races, cryptic if you let me race change and you added a gnome, shut up and take my money

    Aren't all the stats and stuff tied to the original race? Would'nt all that have to reset as well on a Race change? Wouldn't people just use a Race change to get a free "total" reset?

    How freaking log did it take you to figure out you didn't like your race? 20 Levels? 40? 60?

    I'm not sure I understand where you're going with this? It could be one of the many reasons why someone would want to change race as well (once they find out that the secondary stats does not fit for their class for example?)

    Also I'd imagine that it wouldn't be free as you suggest, but it would be similar cost to the appearance token available atm

    most like it reset your stats when you change your race

    They'll have to separate the race change and gender change, otherwise you'd be paying double for part of something you may not want. Either way I'm down for both, and excite for a gender change option lol.

    Usually I'm against this, my typical comment being you made your choice, deal with it or reroll. However, with Drow availability being delayed for us non-heros, I would like to see this as well. I would also like to see us Guardians get access to the Drow 30 days after soft release. :)

    I would normally use the reasoning that races in this game have minor differences but differences nonetheless, but seeing how other games allow for a race change being more than just cosmetic and making it work, there is no need. Apparently if they make it happen, Cryptic needs to make it happen.
