Mount Upgrade Tokens Claim

Due to an issue with how the item is set up, players who claimed Mount Upgrade Tokens after the release of the Combat Ratings rework on Console, between Feb. 2 and Feb. 16, are unable to claim any from the Reward Claims Agent this time around. We're looking into what other rewards we can make available without running into the same issue, and hope to do so early next week.
