Scheduled Maintenance 9/15 at 7AM PDT

Update: Maintenance is complete!

NWXbox will have its scheduled maintenance tomorrow 7AM PDT for roughly 1.5 hours. Characters who didn't initially get the free respec will receive it now.

We're also hosting a stream at the same time. It's primarily for Strongholds on PC, but this information will be useful for Xbox later on, so hop on by! http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9550523

    I've never had the play icon greyed out before. is this just due to shard maintenance or is it something I need to worry about? i.e. acct suspension (like some other players)

    Greyed out means maintenance.

    If you are suspended then you did something/said something/offended someone and therefore most likely deserve to be suspended.

    Suspended after doing nothing wrong patsfire. I didn't think i would have to come clean to not having done anything... It's not my fault i check up on neverwinter's twitter and read comment's and see a apposed hacker posting and literally just try to point it out. If no one can do anything about that, why was i checking on the neverwinter's twitter for info in the first place. That's when i found out about it. I was in the middle of playing lagging everywhere instantly getting owned as monsters health wouldn't move at all. After giving up with the lag i return to play yesterday morning and I'm unsure how long i played until i got suspended if i even did play at all. I literally have done nothing wrong. Why am i being punished. Will i get reimbursed my rank 12 vipb? I don't do anything wrong ever and get suspended. Just like that 1 week mute i got off of the other day which blocked me from even communicating hearing or speaking for doing nothing! :(

    That's messed, they better refund that. Mods closed down our suspension thread (trying to get it back opened up so we can all post in one coherent spot and see how far spread this is and average suspension times), but you can still look there for steps others have taken. The suspension that happened to my girlfriend only lasted 24 hours, from sunday afternoon to monday afternoon. Still no word as to why it happened.

    Pure speculation on my part, but I think that some folks who tried resetting their internet connection (router reboot, etc) may have received a new IP address from their ISP and when they tried to reconnect, Neverwinter servers still showed their old connection as active. Thus to the server systems it looked like trying to connect from two locations simultaneously and some automated kick went into effect.

    Still, a little "we are aware of some incidents and looking into it" type thing would be kinda nice about now...

    Didn't reset anything, so while its possible that happened farther down the line and I dont know about it I would consider that extremely unlikely in the middle of actively being connected. Usually such things would happen at bootup for the xbox. Good thought though!
