VIP missing 5 months of the time I bought!

Since the update on 09/15, my VIP status shows that I have less than one month before it runs out. I bought the 6 month VIP bundle less than a week before the 09/15 update. I was hoping the issue would be corrected with yesterday's update. As of today, the timer shows that I have 19 days + some hours left before renewal. Please add the 5 missing months to my account. Is this a singular occurence or have others experienced the same problem? My husband bought the 6 month bundle after the 09/15 update and his account shows the correct countdown. Thank you for your help!
