• I have been told that at level 3 it is still targeting properly in tab - so just level 4 effected. Lol - to respec or not to respec around a bug. again.

• So read in the patch notes that 1 fix was the Icy Terrain cooldown (level 4). Unfortunately, now when slotted in the spell mastery slot it no longer properly allows targeting. Frustrating. Its a small thing I guess, but changes a lot about how/what approach I can use in fights. Sigh.
