If I'm reading your post right, that cannot be possible even if playing 24/7. The internal countdown of the Dragon Hoard enchantment + 5% drop chance would see to that. The active bonus of 400 HP on that Iron Golem companion looks a bit ... tame? Especially for an epic - based on other companions with flat stat increases surely it should be 1200 HP.
