Respecs don't seem to be that common outside of founders. A single respec costs 600 zen, so unless you want to spend money or a large amount of ADs, you won't have access to it. However, you get a large amount of points to put into your powers, so there is some leeway. I think it'd be a bit hard to totally fubar a build.…
HW is also a pretty good AP builder. It is tough targeting your teammates with it while they are all mobbed together, but later on you'll have more powers that heal in AoE taking the strain off of targeting (Divine FF, BoH, SB, etc). Just to add to the sentiment us the rest, clerics can function as DPS in dungeons, but you'll need another cleric in the party for it to work. At low levels, companions and potions can do all the healing, but once you get to about the Mad Dragon dungeon, then a healing cleric will be needed. I'm not sure about level 60…
