No. Classes will never be balanced and if you play this game for balanced PVP you're just foolish. There is little money to be gained from balanced classes. There is lots of money to be gained from introducing new, overpowered classes. Mark my words. Rangers will be scarily overpowered when they first come out. Then once…
Anyone who spent more than 30 seconds thinking about it would have realized the $60 pack was a far better value than the $200 pack. It boggle my mind how many people shell out the $200 expecting to get a good financial return. Hint: they arn't making you pay $200 in order to give you good value for your money.
Most people don't know about the gateway so it makes sense for them. Even if you do know, if you are going to sleep you may as well hit the 8 hour one. They are underwhelming but not totally useless.
I thought about that but then there's bound to be some whiner who wanted the profession pack instead who gets all melty about it. Giving /claimable coins seems like the best solution. Because it's claimable they won't poof until you claim them.
It doesn't match you with a healer because there are none. This is what happens when you have a game where healing is an awful chore just involving kiting adds every fight all fight and DPS is fun.
Cry me a river. The system is a joke anyhow. Of all the things to whine about losing a few coins for a few days until they include them in the apology pack is laughable.
Zen is capped at 500AD to 1 zen. It'll be easy enough to see if there's still excess sploited AD because when the Zen exchange goes back up if it's pegged at 500AD that'll tell you all you need to know.
Christ, of all the petty things to complain about. They will obviously include some coins as part of the package they give anyone if they have any brains at all. Wait a few days before shedding any more tears.
If they're smart they'll do a 6-10 hour rollback. That would get most of the exploited AD without punishing people too badly. They can give everyone 500 zen to make up for it and I doubt many people would be too angry. Then go and ban all the exploiters accounts and remove any AD that was exploited from before the rollback…

Tracking down people who tried to send AD to their alts is not the difficult thing. The difficult thing is figuring out what to do with the more tangential beneficiaries. People who didn't directly exploit themselves but who benefited indirectly.
Anyone with a brain would have exploited this on an account especially created for that purpose. Banning those accounts is meaningless if you don't get the counterfeited money that was sent to the real accounts
Uh more AD came into the system in the 3 hours before they took the servers down than would normally come into the system in 50 years. If you get 80-90% of it you are left with more AD than you would normally get in 5 years of playtime. It is very much a big deal.
lol it's the sort of story that would be unbelievable in any other industry but in the MMO industry is not only plausible but completely believable. MMOs have the worst customer service ever and it's amazing to me how it's become accepted.
Multi-boxing itself is fine as long as you don't use any keystroke replication programs. Those are cheating IMO. If you want to independently control two characters at once I think that's pretty loserly but it's not something I have a problem with. If you want to control 5 characters at once via the same keystrokes that is…
Adds are a cheap way to design encounters. They can all be pretty much the same. On topic yes, this game has all sorts of artificial difficulty. The infinitely spawning adds are a good example of that, though, along with a lot of what you brought up.
The economic damage isn't why you ban people. You ban people so they arn't rewarded for having caused the economic damage. You don't need to rollback items, you just need to ban exploiters and therefore confiscate all their illgotten gains. If some random person got some T2 epics for cheaper than they otherwise would have…
oh well you convinced me. the old "words have no defined meaning therefore talking is pointless" argument. which is always a winner, especially since it relies on being wrong to even be able to communicate the argument to anyone.
Only good twink gear. Not run of the mill junk. And run of the mill blue leveling junk certainly doesn't sell for more than epic level cap loot.
