This happens to me on Xbox Series X also. But for me it freezes during loading screens when logging in or switching characters.

This and "Zerthimon Reconciled" have been broken for a long time. Anyone who has TOMM unlocked should be flagged for the Zerthimon Reconciled achievement.

Yes, exactly. Anyone who has TOMM unlocked should have the "Zerthimon Reconciled" in game achievement unlocked which should unlock the Xbox Live achievement as well.

You can't do anything with those items. This needs to be fixed so that the in game achievement is credited to the people who have already completed it. Then it will automatically unlock the Xbox Live achievement. I'm also waiting for an update on this. 90% of the players can't even complete the trial let alone a no death…

I had around 9 Ostorian Chests from Fangbreaker in my inventory and they were all removed after the update, how do I get them back? Edit: Now my inventory is broken and thinks I still have them but the spaces are blank so it's taking up inventory slots even though I don't have them.

Agreed. We should to at least be able to get our Major Armor Kit's back. They cost 100K AD plus materials to make.

Thank you. I only play one type Cleric and that's it. Asking me to respec and stuff is not plausible or even fair. My kill count is still 0 out of 25 in my in game journal. Why is this the only boss in the game that does this? Please fix before the next expansion...
