I was finally kicked from server for 15 min of inactivity even though I could not tell I was logged in. Then I tried again and logged in immediately. Prayed. Went to switch to another toon. No Luck, no loading again. If they didn't have the cash register running full speed ahead I might give them the "oh well it's in beta"…

10 minutes and no "press any key". And yes I tried pressing every key on the frak'n keyboard. Must be a sign they want me to play something else.

Doesn't help for me. And, no official response in any of the threads I can see. This is not an isolated issue.

Because he is not beta testing. Characters are not wiped, Neverwinter's cash register is wide open. It's is not beta. I am afraid to see what would happen if they called a steaming pile of dung a meal fit for a king.

Look this is not Beta. They can call it Beta all they want but if they are taking money from customers it is not beta. Beta is a phase of testing BEFORE commercial release. Neverwinter's cash register is running full speed ahead. Pretty soon AAA gaming companies will start using kick starter just get our gaming money…

This is NOT open beta. Every 2 minute I see a new horse mount being advertised. They have the cash register running at full speed.

I agree 100%, this is only a transparent ploy to get money, not hire customer support, and be a catch all, if there are any issues. We are in beta, what do you expect... LOL. I expect a 100% free cash shop if you are in Beta is what I expect.

I started, on a Wed morning, at about 15,000 spot in the queue. 15,000...... Wed Morning..... Put in a few more servers? With as many games as you guys run, I think a little more planning may have been in order. I can understand 1 few thousand at primetime, but 15,000 in the morning?
