• purchased the guardian pack, and nothing. Completed the quest line, nothing. Nothing in the mail, nothing at the vendor. Am Im very upset. No diamonds, no mount, nada. I have several tickets in, please help?

• Founders merchant has no extra tab for me, no items in the mail and no astral diamonds at the exchange. Still without my stuff and my money. Help is needed here please. Its been days and still nothing. Ive completed the quests, checked daily. Nothing. I have 2 tickets in as well. Please help!
