  • Theres two versions of it, one a old version and the other is a new updated version. The old version of perma-stealth uses STR and INT (and was a scoundrel/saboteur hybrid), the New updated version uses DEX and INT (and is an executioner)

  • It means you'll be specializing into Executioner feat tree. The Executioner tree has a lot of Crit and Crit Severity naw, not really, Tene helps to dismount enemies, also even though its been nerfed it still helps your initial burst dps. Vorpal is great because of Executioner Feat tree

  • It might be possibly if hes using this and with a perfect Vorpal Weapon Enchantment, Gear heavily focused on Power and Armor Penetration (who cares about crit when you get 100% chance with lashing blade in stealth) then ability score focused on STR and CHA for increase damage and increase damage with CA.
