  • My third toon has only received 8 so far. This totals 100. Could it be that if you level 2 toons at the same time they can only get 100 together?

  • This happens to me too. There is no reason to reset powers when retraining boons. Retraining tokens do not reset everything at once. You have to use them for feats or boons or stats. Even if retraining feats there is no reason to reset powers.
