Great advice angrysprite. My ticket was updated a few hours ago, and they said they manually processed my account and I should have the items within a few hours. Just replied to my ticket again .. The last I heard from them was yesterday. I keep telling myself this is a simple thing, and not to worry about it, but then I remember that I took money out of my pocket. They said they escalated my ticket, but I'm not sure what that achieved.

Do devs even look at this thread any more? I'm just attempting to drop anchor anywhere I can in the hopes someone important sees it: It's been a week now and I still don't have my reward items.

Getting pretty sick of waiting to get the reward. Filed a ticket and was told to wait another 24 hours. I have, and I still have nothing. Not too anxious to buy any more zen right now.
