  • After I agonized about making my Elf Control Wizard... they named it Wood Elf... back to the drawing board. I hope launch lets me make a more proper RP Elven Wizard :). Half-Elf Rogue it is I guess *sigh*.

  • I also think PvP being added to a mainly PvE game kinda ruins the game... restricts a lot of what you can do, makes balancing a headache and then prevents you from making a real Controller class for folks to play. "I'm not looking for a WoW killer, I enjoyed playing the game immensely and the one thing Blizzard did do…

  • I think the only game one could call Revolutionary and has done well, would be EVE Online. It for some reason did not pick up so well here in America (it was too complicated/time consuming for me), but in Europe it has had its success.   • See Above... I didn't meet too many other Mages using too many vastly different builds (Healer, DPS, or "Buffer") and even one was deemed "PvP" only. The only thing I saw really was, I may have been one of the few who really liked to DPS as an Elementalist main. They can however in the future give the illusion of choices…

  • Technically they are not with 4E because you choose which path of Cleric/Druid/Etc from the onset of your class... which is what will happen when they have both Warpriest and Devoted Cleric. You can view it how you like, but in 4E you have to make that choice from Level 1.
