I had seen this as well across the board in all campaigns - tyranny of dragons, dread ring, Icewind dale, etc... still not as much dropping. I have seen this happen to me as well. additionally I have noticed horses are now bucking the moment you summon them causing a 'double whinny', one right after the other.

Companion cloaks have a weird right angle out and right angle back down as they walk. Similar to what characters had in the first few days.
