Yeah I found it today as Armored Pegasus, and when I counted my Mystic Mounts in the claims agent I saw I have only 7, thought I had 8 with the Noble. Sorry for the trouble, guess I should have gone and slept on the issue before reporting it, then maybe I could have seen it.

LOL and to rub my level 70 GF's face into it, my level 31 Warlock can get the daily quest and he was only 1/3 in the Assist the Harpers task in the tracker.

What I meant above is that the only quest showing in my journal and on the world map is the upgrading task for the workshop.
