I mapped my Block to middle mouse button and it worked very well. Had my 2 at-wills on left and right mouse button, and block on middle.

It is not the empty mugs that Morgis leaves behind that bothers me. it is his dunken form I keep having to step over. More recruits have joined us. COME ON IN THE WATER IS FINE! I am ready tot ank some bosses. Mindflayer here we come!
