That did it for me. I've been stuck with the "heavy load" error message all day. I finally tried a different browser and it loaded right away. I cleared the cache for my main browser, tried again and it worked fine. Thanks!
Web tools often lag behind the game client but it would at least be nice to know when it can be expected to be available. As the OP said it makes the new profession less fun when you're used to having access to all your tradeskill stuff on the web.
This only started happening to me tonight and only with one profession on one character. The more disturbing part is it was that way for me in-game as well.
Yep. This happens to me every time as well. The password field actually becomes completely uninteractable after the failure. Fortunately, just pushing the "login" button again works.
