  • I'm level 36 and i was able to find the quest "Artifact Snatch" from Harper Windle even though the marker was not there, she gave me the quest, and after that one she gave me "Wheels within wheels" and then i can talk to Tristopher Chettlebell to get the "Clockwork Guild Tomb" but i did NOT get the bag from the final loot…
