  • I also am having this issue. I am not sure if there is a connection but I also crashed to my desktop 6 times last night (has not been an issue in the past) and coincidentally it seemed to happen while refining my artifact. Now I have my artifact refined to 99 and I cannot raise it to legendary because of this bug. Talk…
