I own both the pS4 and 5. The patch did nothing to stop the freezing. I have to agree about being reimbersed for lost VIP items. It is also confirmed that i can start a brand new account (not char) and i have played through to level 10 with no issues. Something got broke in there “conversion” of accounts.
