I agree with the OP....they are form letter emails and the crux of them is that you are **** out of luck. I hate this game so much, it was not designed to make money...NO...it was designed to SCREW YOU OVER and SUCK YOU DRY of money.

I agree with the OP....there is reasonable cash shop prices and then there is exploitation. The game will not make money if prices are too high and/or if the game is designed to shaft players if they refuse to spend alot of money. I feel it is reasonable to buy $59 worth of stuff in a F2P game, as that is what a game costs…

People have a right to complain, especially when PW cant figure out how to change the server status light to red when the servers are down instead of green, and also have a simple error message that says "Servers are down for maintenance". LOL! que just went from 5000+ to 7000+ to 50000+ then down to 6000 ...never seen such fail in 15 years of MMOs!
