  • have 5300 zen on my account that won't transfer to my neverwinter account, have tried transferring it 100+ times, logging out logging in and trying on different browsers/etc but nothing will make it transfer. 3-4 business day wait on talking to billing support.. if I can't transfer it before the billing support responds…
