  • Anyone who has played MMO's knows that class balance always runs in cycle. With each major update, the class(es) that previously were the most overpowered (in relation to the others) gets nerfed, and usually the weakest class(es) get a small buff. Then everyone plays a while, and after a bit it becomes obvious there is a…
  • My guess is this is what is going to happen, at least when there are any major changes. They are not going to give everybody respec tokens, they will instead auto-reset everything for you and the first time you log in after the changes, you need to select what you want. I've played multiple other games and this is always…
  • Ardent coins do not reset. You can go 6 months without playing and then come back on and all your Ardent coins will still be there. There is also no limit to how many of those you can aquire. Most of the things that you buy with Ardent coins take lots of them (some items well over 100). Celestial coins DO reset back to…
  • Well in internet lingo the number 5 is a replacement for the letter "S." So 55 would be "SS," which could be seen as a reference to the HAMSTER secret police largely responsible for rounding up the Jews for execution during WWII. That's my guess for why it is censored.
  • Halfling is one of the better races for a rogue. Not sure why you have the idea it is a bad choice.
  • Right, but also, if they AFK and don't participate they get ZERO credit, which means it is no longer possible to AFK farm. They would have to participate at least for a portion of the battle. And it also said that PvP rewards for the losing side are being decreased, so if those who are AFK farming are hurting their team,…
  • Okay thanks. A bit underwhelming then, unless you are always running in groups I suppose.
  • Same here, all I'm trying to do is get into the game and it won't let me. Get that exact error message you typed.
  • I am under the impression there is a limit to how many messages you can have in your inbox at a time. Or at least a limit to how many messages *from yourself* in your inbox. I tried sending a whole ton of gear to myself (for a future alt) but after a while I could no longer send anything else; the message would say…
  • You are supposed to be able to unbind pets for AD. Currently a bug makes that impossible. Once the bug is fixed, you will be able to do this.
  • Same with me. Voice testing does not even function.
  • I took the cleric companion as my initial companion. I am now approaching level 60 (just dinged 58) and while I do sometimes have to drink potions during particularly tough fights, I can tell you that I have not had to buy a single potion since I got my cleric. In other words, I need potions so seldom that I gain more from…
  • On my CW after a couple of deaths I tried pulling him into the previous room. You still have to deal with him, but his adds spawn in the original room and are far enough away that they don't aggro. So you still have a tough boss fight, but at least you can focus all of your attention only on him. Hope that helps a little.
  • Hmm, I wonder if this character is bugged somehow then. I've been mostly doing the regular questing (Blacklake, etc.) and maybe 1 or 2 foundry quests. No pvp, no skirmishes, no dungeons. And no lockboxes dropping.
  • You can do that in the options.
  • Seems to me there is a greater need to fully implement the classes already in the game (i.e multiple paragon paths) than there is to add in new classes.
  • Yes that was my experience too. I was using the weapon until lvl 24 or 25, but up until about lvl 20 I definitely had the feeling it was "overpowered" and was making questing go really quickly. Up until around lvl 20 the stats on it are going to be WAY better than anything you will obtain in-game.
  • Angel is now only purchasable using Ardent Coins (which you get from Invocation).
