Probably not but from experience I'm not entirely sure how many moderators there are, I've only seen one and from posts or whatever doesn't seem to know what he/she was doing so probably just wait it out, keep track on the forum/facebook/twitter and im sure that's the only way we're really going to know

Sad but most likely true, it isn't even a hard issue to fix and I've seen countless amount of threads including one of my own. Safest option really is running with 4 of your friends because you know, all it takes is 2/5 votes for the kick. Suppose all we can do is hope.

Honestly, I think it's sad people kicking from skirmishes full stop. It's just pointless and a waste of time. But you know, really most of the kicks is selfishness and greed in the first place.

There's a point here, but I would say just scrap the whole kick system and run on a matchmaking system where everyone has the same general area of gearscore. Actually grouping with friends doesn't solve it, the kick system is broken and so far they're making no attempts as to solve it. I completely agree with you here, or they can change it so that you cant pick anything up while you're in combat.
