i was taking the times using my phone with a range of 13.2 - 13.8 so given the human error i use 13 sec. also i was timing te shatter proc (stun) that triggers almost instantly. but using entanglinf force the result is still in the range of 13 seconds
the 2 sec CD was introduce after the changes to orb of imposition because every cw could perma cc any mob any number of them (thaums and renegades as well)

it's not lag it's fps. in the open areas of malabog for some reason you drop to 5-10 fps. min setting give you enough fps to actually play the game. IF you say that you have run malabog in the past and you didn't have this issue then it's not a malabog problem
if the mobs are doing less damage is not because they nerfd it but because they broke it and didn't even notice like they broke many things in this patch

control companions are only good if you build everything around control, because in this mod you will be spending a lot of ad and 2 slot for 30% control bonus = 0 more control duration in t2s. at this point you are better to go for straight dmg
not only legit. lfg is almost dead, i spend at least 2-3 hours everyday just spamming "CW ECC ECC LFG VT" with hardly any invite. there are few ppl that still play and are not busy grinding enchants, black ice and w/e is needed and are doing dg's
yeah but i let the dps cw's use it, i usually go for full control now so i found singo+ avalanche a preatty good set up for the others to dps (as long as none **** up with the OF+singo no dmg "bug")
I've been running a full oppressor spec for more than 8 months and i will be rocking it even in mod6, i do believe it is going to be better than ever. I have yet to see how much control resistance >70 mobs have tho Edit: i should add that i found spellstorm a lot better for an oppressor build than MOF (personal opinion)
as a long time oppressor cw i actually saw that on prev the major bug is actually the control bonus, it does not work, a 160% gives like a 2 sec stun with stealtime. very very disappointing
