When did they make plaguefire not work properly with ArP? Plaguefire is useless with another plaguefire. Unless everyone is holding still and taking your attacks, how does lifedrinker maker you unkillable in PvP? Lifedrinker does HAMSTER compared the damage you should be taking from any skilled PvP'r. How do you peel mobs…
I'm having the same issues. I experienced the same as you starting a few days ago, but I swear it's getting worse now. Mine happen every 3-5 minutes now and this is making the game pretty much unplayable.
Gear score is just most of your stats added up, changing a stat multiplier is always going to effect your gear score. 15% of this, 6% of that. it all adds up to better or worse numbers. It's why GF has such an easy time getting crazy gear scores (not to mention the conqueror stone thing)
I'm not speaking to any of the points that the OP tries to make, but OP please read the GF math posts. Your numbers are skewed. One person even made a post about diminishing return levels, and another has charted most stats from 0-3000. First find out the real numbers, insert them into your rant, then please continue.
There are already changes for reducing dragon HP, and more changes specific to mad dragon. They are also fixing companions -in general- and, unrelated to companions, doing a revamp on player threat. Returning to the same spot in an instance would be nice, but even the longest solo instances aren't that long. I chalk it up…
Ya... no argument, I made one for you, you haven't. I'll feed you one more time, but I'm done. Even your pokes and jabs are played out stuff from the 90s. If they implement a change I'll use it, but it isn't necessary at all. Others went after me instead of my post, and I responded in kind. Grow up (regardless of your age).
I play all five jobs[edit: class, role, task - i say job], tyvm. I will rotate them before a boss fight if required, or in a boss fight if its a boring one like Spellplague. This is what I was talking about when I said it would negate having to choose. You've made my point quite expertly. Side note, if you can't manage to…
Swapping manually isn't so terrible in my experience. There are a very limited number of situations where it's even close to necessary, if at all. I think making it complicated to swap is part of the plan to keep people focused on their three chosen abilities. Otherwise the choice of which to use is all but negated.
Step 1: Sit in P.E. Step 2: /yell I'm bored, this game has no content. Step 3: ???? Profit. 60 is easy, dungeons during DD, skirmishes during skirmish, foundries whenever you feel like it. Or just go to low zones and make some newbie's day by helping them.
There is a difference between limiting fun and having no fun because some guy wants to be able to bang his face on the keyboard and win fights.... losing 10 times cuz someone refuses to try is not fun.
Most tanks only worry about getting higher in the paingiver list. Just wear the armor set that matches your build. If you're going turtle, wear the def/def set.
I've seen much the same. Test server tanks are having little trouble keeping hate, so things should be fine except on the mobs that attack randomly with pounces/dashes.
I for the life of me cannot remember where I read it, but someone said that cagi can proc steel blitz? If you add dmg for cagi, possible steel blitz, and I need to check if lightning enchant will hit on cagi dmg... It could work pretty well. I have a spare character slot atm, maybe I'll start messing around, but I was…
98% PvE, 2% PvP... clearly a PvP game. PvP'rs like to spend money in the cash shop, and while I won't call this whole game a cash-grab, I will call PvP a cash-grab.
While the game is new, that still is not a large measure of time. Currently large-ish? Sure, but only in that relative sense. 19 days compared to the years logged on different characters in different mmo's (yes I have ones like that) is not much.
And that ^^^^^, too. I wanted to stay away from feat specs because I love to see new feat set-ups that end up being awesome, but that one is 25% of recovery as ArP if you take that path.
Most of the endgame guides that I read suggest 7 or higher, and many involve a cat/stone as well when you reach the end. These things make attaining these numbers very manageable. quick edit: 185 x4 is 740 on its own, and ArP on jewelry/gear isn't so hard to find. ancient berserker's ring x2 is 308 ArP, with offense slots…
If changing powers and feats were cheaper, I would do my best to make viable non-conqueror builds, but for now it is what it is. I want to make sure I have the basics down, then I'll add on another account or two to test new things. Some of the major things for non-conq. are obviously things like tenebrous. Counting on HP…
Keeping hate is easy on a single target, on groups it is easy UNLESS -or should i say until- knight's valor breaks. ITF + KV + villian's menace holds hate on almost all the trash. If your party members, as a group, can't handle one or two stray mobs, then they need to be shot. When KV breaks... totally different story.…
D&D has always been trash mobs. Dungeon after dungeon full of trash mobs, in many campaigns. Asking the team to give them super-awesome drops, or just eliminate them is the mindset of people who've either forgotten what D&D is, or just never played it. Players can already get to 60 ridiculously fast, and now people are…
