  • Not even going to mention clerics in PVP, but in PVE, past lvl 30 our heals are ONLY supplemental. Unless there is some mysterious set of armor that gives you "just the right stats", or once you hit 60 you become just an auto-injector of stimpack juice, the heals just don't cut it.
