Not to bump but New Finding! The feat "Fight On" which reduces cooldowns by 2/4/6/8/10% also reduces AP gain. From what I can tell INT reduces AP gain... but I need to double check. Very interesting if it happens to be correct.

Going to have some results soon, a dear chum of mine who is a Guardian McShieldy Class has a feat that does 15% more damage vs controlled targets, so me and him are going to go through the stats effects to see what counts towards this (chill, frozen, daze, even blackhole has it's own icon).
Is it a endgame thing? I'm level 40 and a Mastery Entangling force only gives me 12% on the training dummies. While a tabbed shield can get me 18% (providing you hit 2 targets). Is it increased by the amount of targets pulled in?
It does and doesn't give AP. You can get AP every time providing you cast it within 1-second or immediately after casting any offensive encounter (not shield, but yes to Shield Pop). Call me crazy but I really love the PvP, but it has it faults. It's great that it takes no time to enter PvP but there needs to be some kinda afk balance introduced and some kind of condition to end the match quicker when your losing by like 800points, something simple, like earning more points if you control all 3 points…
I fully agree with millertime197933, making a Wis build atm and the action point gain is staggering. I only really do PvP so dropping black holes to pull or push people off the points helps me much more than a bit of crit.
