If you run dungeons solo like I do, then it will become harder around level 60. Some of the Orc bosses can one hit kill you, so you have to start learning to move around more.

I've tested this myself and this will work 100% every time. Log in with an alt or make another character. Go to Protectors Enclave, then move to Blacklake District. Then back to Protectors Enclave. Log out. Load up the character that is stuck.

Items that expire cannot be retrieved, even if they were bid on. How this is going to be fixed, I really do not know...... I've got over 20 items showing as expired.

Try moving the alt character to another area other than protector's enclave and trying again.

Create another character or log in with one. Move to protector's enclave, log out and sign in to the character that is stuck. 9 times out of 10 it will load fully.

Yes. Happened to me a few times. But this time nothing I try will work to load the character. Hopefully there is a fix soon.......

Did you check the companions tab too?

Creating another character or using another alt to move to a different area location from the one you loaded in. After doing this, log out and load up the character that is stuck on the loading screen. Should load up normally.

500,000 to upgrade a companion to uncommon or epic?????

Reinstalling the game appears to have fixed it for me. Tested it a couple of times by logging out in Helm's Hold.

I know they have limited resources, but not even a moderator or anyone even replying. How bad does that look? It is now Friday. So basically this will be like this until release..... Edit* Reinstalling the game to see if it fixes the loading freeze.

Given that the game is being released on Tuesday you would have thought they would be quick to fix any issues that arose to keep players happy. But this is just absurd that nothing has even been acknowledged by anyone on the forums. I've never seen such bad communication.

After raising a support ticket. My character has been moved to another location. Might be best to do the same.

I now have two characters stuck trying to load Helm's Hold. It is completely broken.... This has to be a first for me when I can't play a game which I have spent money on due to no fault of my own. GG,

It only blocks PM's, not the chat screen.

Same is happening to me when I tried to move to Helms Hold. Froze on the loading screen. Rebooted the PS4, but it freezes on the screen after picking my character. Basically means the game is broken now.
