Bump, video is done uploading. The bug doesn't just happen in that dungeon, it happens in all the dungeons. It doesn't happen outside of the dungeons though. Noise pop can happen anywhere.

the difference between gw1 and gw2 dye system is that all/most dyes were freely available on a vendor for gold.

the only reason to do pvp in this game is to get fast and easy gear upgrades so that you can enter tier 2 dungeons. i can get all 6 epics from the pvp vendor in the time it takes me to get enough seals to buy 1 item from the seal vendor.

I too am amused by this. The discrepancy between green and blue/purple gear is hilarious. pvp concern also. have you tried killing players with 2x shield on them? yeah, my gwf with 6 epics including weapon hits 100s on them. they're practically impossible to kill.

you expected more from this quick cash in of a game? the encounters are designed lazily and terribly accross the board. oh look, we'll give the boss 2-3 abilities and then spawn endless adds. every boss fight is the same. jesus christ, is it too much to ask for some variety? oh wait, yeah. it is.

Very well put, my thoughts exactly. The game is fun but its the multitude of little things that ruin it for me. I can't believe I spent $60 on this tripe. Good lord, its like I've met my doppelgangers in this thread.

Today people realise that F2P games are more expensive to play than subscription games. Most of the time. Look to GW2/GW1 for a good F2P business model (sans initial cost). They sell bank slots, character slots and costumes + a bunch of spell unlock packs (not really relateable to NW) that can be easily gotten in game.

I like how respecs at level 53 (my current level) are over 100k ad. if i respec'd 6 times i would have used up the 600k ad i got with my founder's purchase. not to mention that that's only for feats. if i wanted to respect my powers i would have to buy zen. lf $10-$15 a month optional sub that lets me skip the bull****.

The only reason its limited to 55 FoV is because the game is going to be released on console eventually and devs are too lazy and/or stupid to edit this kind of HAMSTER for PC ports. And how low your latency is. GW1 did this. It is the only MMO that I have played that separated PvE and PvP balancing for every skill. For some reason, other games have decided to forgo such an easy solution.

Ok, just checked. Client doesn't crash when setting AA to max (8x) when in D3D9 mode but it crashes in D3D11 mode.
