• I agree with ypu totally on this. im willing to do option 4. Give folks a one-time option to reset their own account, which would wipe all characters and reset all AD/Zen to start. Folks who bought Hero headstarts would get a token to add some levels to a single character.

• Im willing to start on a new server and wiping all i got until now. But i if i get the option to do this i want my zen back from before the exploiting, same goes for ppl with founder packs. So then we who want a fair playing ground can start anew, while ppl that dont want to lose progress can continue on the servers that…

• I want a full wipe. If not start a new server where ppl that want to wipe can start over. Give ppl back their Zen and packs if they wipe all, and start new on the new server.
