Lost zen? Try going to Exchange and press Y to clear Exchange balance. When ever you use zen Exchange the funds are withdrawn from main account to Exchange account. i have been having this issue since they added the update. Now someway I completed it on my primary account but for the life of me i can not remeber how. so hit me up if you find anything as i have been as this research for about 7 months. so good luck
