I already have the deep crow applied but everytime I change loadouts and go back it doesn't apply the correct percentage rating until I unslot and reslot my companion bonuses

For PS4 l, it says that Forte does give power but maybe it's been changed without changing the text.

I've started working on Mastercraft for alchemy but I have hit a wall. My alchemy tasks require 3 different enhanced potions rank 6 +1 yet all enhanced potions and rank 6 potions are unable to be crafted. I really need to get my Mastercraft weapons lol
